These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the JJ’s Lawn Service website and all services provided by JJ’s Lawn Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or hiring us for any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

JJ’s Lawn Service offers lawn care, tree services, hauling and clean‑outs, and snow removal for residential, commercial, and public properties. Service availability may vary by season, location, and weather conditions. All services are performed to professional standards using appropriate equipment and safety practices.

2. Estimates & Pricing

– All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting. – Prices may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions (overgrowth, debris, access issues, weather, etc.). – Any price adjustments will be communicated before work continues. – Sales tax may apply where required by law.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. If access is blocked (locked gates, vehicles, pets, etc.), we may reschedule or charge a service fee. Weather conditions may affect scheduling, especially for lawn care and snow removal. We reserve the right to adjust service times for safety.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for: Removing personal items, toys, hoses, decorations, or obstacles from service areas. – Ensuring pets are secured during service. – Notifying us of underground hazards (sprinkler heads, wiring, pipes, etc.). JJ’s Lawn Service is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may request alternative billing arrangements, including bi‑weekly or monthly payment options, which are available upon approval. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or electronic payment. Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension until the account is current.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same‑day cancellations may result in a service fee.

7. Property Damage

If accidental damage occurs during service, JJ’s Lawn Service will assess the situation and determine appropriate repair or reimbursement. Damage caused by pre‑existing conditions, hidden hazards, or customer negligence is not covered.

8 Snow Removal Disclaimer

Snow removal services are performed based on weather conditions and service agreements. We cannot guarantee ice‑free surfaces at all times, and customers should use caution during winter conditions. Salting is available upon request.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are moved from driveways, parking areas, and any locations where snow removal is required. If vehicles or other obstructions prevent access to an area at the time of service, those areas will not be cleared, and JJ’s Lawn Service is not responsible for incomplete service caused by blocked access.

9. Clean Outs & Hauling

Customers must ensure that items for removal are safe, legal, and permitted for disposal. Hazardous materials (chemicals, fuel, paint, medical waste, etc.) are not accepted unless specifically approved.

Customers are responsible for identifying and separating any items they wish to keep. JJ’s Lawn Service is not responsible or liable for personal belongings, stored items, or property left in areas designated for hauling or clean‑out services. Any items not clearly identified as “Do Not Remove” may be hauled away or disposed of, and JJ’s Lawn Service assumes no liability for such items.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:
– Copy or misuse content, images, or branding
– Attempt to disrupt website functionality
– Submit false or misleading information through contact forms
All website content is the property of JJ’s Lawn Service.

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through our website or during service is used only for communication, scheduling, and service delivery. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

12. Liabilities and Delays

JJ’s Lawn Service is not liable for: – Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or conditions beyond our control – Damage resulting from unsafe property conditions – Injuries occurring on the customer’s property unrelated to our work Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
